We will dispatch most orders within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter.

Delivery times are reliant upon appointed courier company’s schedule and vary depending on where you live. Please allow between 1-2 working days from the date of the order being shipped.

  • For downtown areas our delivery time frame is 2-3 business days.
  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 3-4 business days.
  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 5-7 business days.
  • Please take not that we do not ship International.

Delivery times are an estimate only. Delivery time does not include any time parcels may spend in appointed courier services warehouse.

Orders OVER Ks200,000 = Free Shipping (Yangon only)
+ An additional Ks2000.00 for Express

Orders UNDER Ks200,000 = Ks2,000. for courier service (Yangon only)
+ An additional Ks2,000 per 3kg

Delivery charges will be collected in cash by courier service upon delivery if you place offline order via phone or messenger.

During the fulfillment stage, the status of your order will be updated in your account.

In the event your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date provided by appointed courier service, please contact our Customer Service Team here to follow up with courier service directly.

We will call you 1 hr prior to delivery. In the event you are not at home you can request us to re-schedule for the next available date. However if you failed to inform us in advance, you will be charged additional Ks2000 for next delivery request.

We provide contact less delivery during the COVID-19 period. However we do not encourage our customers to request to leave outside if you are not at home. Nevertheless if it is a safe place, your will place it at the secure place and send you photo for verification. We are not responsible for any damage or lost items.

There is unlikely the item is faulty or damage during the delivery process as we carefully check the item before delivery. However if  you received faulty or damaged item, please kindly accept it and contact us immediately. We will make a confirmation and resend you a new one.
